Please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item so we can assist you.

After the 3-day reporting period, we are unable to accept damage claims.

Each apparel item is made especially for your order. Please carefully review the size chart, color, and design before purchasing.

If your clothing arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact Glam Sparkle Boutique within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Eligible issues will be reviewed for a replacement or refund.

Because apparel is made specifically for each order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, incorrect color selection, or change of mind.
